BeLuce Canada Inc. is seeking a proactive Product Marketing professional to manage product lines in Emergency and Industrial Lighting.

You will collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to identify market opportunities, gather feedback, and help launch innovative, code-compliant lighting products. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in product marketing within a manufacturing/B2B context, strong MS Office skills, and a results-driven, detail-focused mindset.

Qualifications

  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in product marketing.
  • Lighting industry experience preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing and B2B environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite; strong computer skills.
  • Self-starter with strong communication and time management.

Responsibilities

  • Support management and development of assigned product lines (Emergency and Industrial Lighting).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and improvements.

Position Summary

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of product management, vendor coordination, market research, and new product development. The successful candidate will work closely with manufacturers, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams to identify, develop, and launch innovative industrial lighting and emergency lighting products.

Your main responsibilities will be the following:
  • Support the management and development of assigned product lines, including Emergency and Industrial Lighting, with a focus on product performance, market needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement across assigned product lines.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis, including monitoring customer needs, industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to support product positioning and development.
  • Assist with pricing reviews and recommendations in collaboration with Sales and Management.
  • Support new product development by researching market opportunities, gathering customer and sales feedback, coordinating product information, and assisting with product launches.
  • Work closely with Sales to support accurate product forecasting and appropriate inventory levels for finished goods and accessories within assigned product lines.
  • Work with existing vendors to develop and improve product offerings, while researching and assessing potential new vendor partners and product lines.
  • Create and deliver product presentations and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop product-related content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Develop a strong understanding of BeLuce products and become a go-to resource for product-related questions across the organization.
  • Take on increasing responsibility for assigned product lines and projects as product knowledge, market experience, and commercial understanding develop.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Must be comfortable with multitasking and have the ability to evaluate and modify priorities quickly, as needed.

Qualifications
  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Marketing or another related field of study
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in product marketing
  • Lighting industry experience preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing and B2B environment
  • Excellent knowledge of the complete MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as strong computer skills
  • Self-starter with solid verbal & written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills who is capable of taking initiative to identify & resolve problems.
  • Strong work ethic & collaboration skills with a proactive approach to working with cross-functional teams and independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Must have strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite software is an asset.
