Job summary

Husky Technologies Bolton, ON seeks a Financial Manager FP&A to act as a true business partner for Product Line leadership. The role drives forward-looking insights, challenging assumptions and shaping strategic decisions that affect Orders, Revenue, EBITDA and Cash.

The position emphasizes financial rigor, budgeting and long-range planning, with autonomy and accountability to own the PL P&L and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business or related field.
• Professional designation (CPA / CMA / CA) or equivalent preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and driving financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Own a full Product Line P&L and partner with leadership.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning for the Product Line.
• Develop robust financial models and what-if scenarios for decisions.
• Translate data into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting.
