Job summary

Husky Technologies is seeking an Engineering Team Leader in Bolton, Ontario to guide a design team through the Product Development Process, ensuring delivery within time and cost targets while upholding Husky standards.

You will manage effort estimates, budgets, and continuous improvement, mentoring engineers, coordinating with Sales and Service to deliver innovative products that meet safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary engineering degree (or equivalent) and 10+ years of engineering experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills; ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Solid knowledge of Husky Product Development Process, Stage Gate, and Husky standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering design team through Product Development Process and Husky standards.
• Oversee scope, cost, and time estimates; ensure on-time delivery and quality targets.
• Develop project budgets and resource plans; communicate status to management.
