Scotiabank in Toronto is seeking a Manager for Co-branded Credit Cards on a 12-month term to lead the portfolio strategy and execution. You will work with Marketing, Loyalty and Analytics to optimize product features, pricing, campaigns and customer offers across the Scene+ portfolio.

The role requires strong PM experience in payments or cards, solid analytical skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment while maintaining risk governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management (cards preferred)
• Detailed understanding of credit card business or relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Thr​ve on change and comfortable navigating through complexity and ambiguity
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with key stakeholders across the organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in delivering updates and presentations across all levels

Responsabilités

• Manage and optimize a product portfolio within the Scotiabank Credit Cards team
• Lead design, execution and optimization of product strategies to achieve profitability, risk management and customer experience goals
• Oversee portfolio activities including P&L, features, budgets and campaigns with marketing and acquisition
• Partner with Loyalty and Marketing to deliver campaigns and experiential events
• Conduct financial, market and industry analyses to support portfolio recommendations
• Develop and execute new programs from concept to execution with business cases and plans
• Create and refine communication strategies and project plans
• Support project plans with milestones, resources and timelines
• Deliver post-analysis reporting with Finance and Analytics
• Provide recommendations for improvements and efficiencies for campaigns and initiatives
• Align daily activities with Bank risk appetite and conduct risk requirements
• Champion a high-performance and inclusive work environment
