Job summary

Altis in Vancouver is seeking a Product Inventory Analyst to support a high-volume distribution network in the gaming sector. In this contract role, you will monitor consignment inventory, drive accuracy, and help support revenue recognition through data-driven decisions.

You will work with cross-functional teams and partners to resolve discrepancies, identify risks, and implement process improvements across ERP, EDW, and CRM systems. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in inventory management or a similar analytical role in a high-volume distribution environment.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems for inventory management, sales, and distribution; SAP preferred.
  • Strong data fluency across ERP, EDW, and CRM platforms with multi-source data interpretation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory availability, efficiency, and velocity; translate findings to actionable insights for sales and product teams.
  • Identify inventory and sales issues proactively and coordinate remediation to support accurate inventory and revenue reporting.
  • Lead analysis, reconciliation, and resolution of inventory discrepancies with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate end-of-life inventory activities and escalate potential risks.
  • Prepare inventory, exception, and incident trend reports for governance and decision-making.
  • Identify integrity concerns and risk indicators; collaborate with teams for timely action.
  • Develop procedures and propose system/process enhancements to improve productivity and inventory performance.

About the Opportunity

We're looking for a Product Inventory Analyst to support a high-volume operations environment within the gaming sector. In this contract role, you'll help ensure consignment inventory remains accurate, efficient, and well controlled across a complex distribution network, supporting reliable revenue recognition and informed product decisions.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external business partners to investigate discrepancies, resolve operational issues, and identify risks. This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys working with data, navigating multiple systems, and taking ownership of issues through to resolution.

Skills and Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, product planning, or a similar analytical role within a high-volume distribution environment.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with ERP systems for inventory management, sales, and distribution, with SAP experience preferred.
  • Strong data fluency across ERP, enterprise data warehouse (EDW), and CRM platforms, including extracting and interpreting multi-source datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and summarized reporting.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and confidence navigating ambiguity.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners through issue resolution.
