Job Description

Troubleshooting of Alstom products at customer site to ensure their availability.

Provide technical expertise to subcontractors, warranty support team, project team members, and less experienced personnel.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Carry out troubleshooting during PI period, testing & commissioning, warranty, and validation & certification (if applicable), including investigation and repair.
2. Perform fleet check activities.
3. Report and register any deviation (failure/event) in the Failure Management database, including configuration data.
4. Enforce Alstom and customer EHS & security rules, and adhere to relevant PI processes on customer site.
5. Execute test and troubleshooting procedures to evaluate system performance and perform failure analysis on parts to be returned for repair.
6. Support specific technical investigations by Engineering or internal/external suppliers.
