Job summary

Techtronic Industries Canada, Inc. seeks a Product Finance Manager in Toronto to partner with Product and Marketing leadership. You will drive P&L performance, analyze portfolio margins, and guide commercial decisions to improve profitability and enable growth.

The role requires 7+ years in commercial finance, strong modeling and ERP/BI skills. A Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Economics, MBA or CPA is preferred, with a base salary expected to be CAD 100K–115K plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or process improvement.
• Solid understanding of P&L management and portfolio margin analysis.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with financial systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools like Power BI.
• Experience evaluating marketing ROI and supporting pricing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance partner to Product and Marketing leadership, guiding strategic decisions.
• Manage and monitor product category P&L performance, explain drivers and variances.
• Evaluate marketing programs and ROI to optimize investments.
• Support long-range financial planning, forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting with variance analysis and commentary.

This role provides P&L leadership, portfolio margin analysis and commercial decision support to improve profitability and enable growth. The Finance Manager will work closely with Marketing leadership to provide insights that guide strategic decisions, ensure profitability, and support growth initiatives.
