Job summary

Techtronic Industries Canada Inc. is seeking a Sr Financial Analyst in Toronto to lead financial analysis for the Milwaukee business unit. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will drive sales and margin forecasting and support budgeting and accruals across functions.

The role requires 3+ years in accounting/finance, CPA near completion, and strong Excel/Power BI skills; SAP/MS Dynamics knowledge is a plus. This is a full-time position based at the Toronto HQ with limited travel.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary education in accounting or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• CPA certification (or near completion).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; SAP/MS Dynamics and Adaptive Planning is an asset.

Position Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this dynamic individual will be responsible for financial analysis as well as sales and margin reporting related to the Milwaukee business. This position will ensure timely and reliable reporting is available to support the rapid growth of the Milwaukee business. This role will require interaction with all areas and levels within the Milwaukee organization including Sales, Marketing and Operations.

What You Will Bring

• Post-Secondary education in accounting or related field
• 3+ years' experience in Accounting/Finance or related field
• CPA certification (or near completion)
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Power BI
• Familiarity with SAP, MS Dynamics and Adaptive Planning is an asset
• Minimal travel required
