Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking a senior Product Designer to shape end-to-end product design across UX, visuals, and design systems. You will craft user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI, collaborating with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to drive strategy and user-centered solutions.

The role emphasizes rapid prototyping, experimentation, and design-to-development handoff, with a strong focus on enterprise SaaS and data-heavy applications in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Interaction Design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design.
• Expertise in User Experience (UX), Visual Design, User Flows, Wireframes, High-Fidelity UI, Prototyping, and Design Systems.
• Strong proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered design tools to enhance research, ideation, workflows, and user experiences.
• Strong understanding of User Research, Usability Testing, Information Architecture, WCAG Accessibility, and Inclusive Design.
• Experience designing enterprise platforms, SaaS products, or data-intensive digital applications in Agile environments.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business Stakeholders to drive product strategy and deliver user-centered solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and design leadership skills with experience in rapid prototyping, experimentation, and design-to-development handoff.
