Job summary

Dickson Talent Solutions is seeking a Product Designer to build beautiful, intuitive web and mobile experiences from concept to handoff. You will work with engineering, product, and leadership to shape the full design lifecycle across internal products and partner initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a strong visual instinct and a user-centered mindset, with 2+ years crafting digital products for web and mobile, plus expert Figma skills and experience with industry tools such as Adobe Creative

Qualifications

• 2+ years crafting digital products for web and mobile.
• Background in Design or related field, or completion of a recognized UX/UI certification course.
• Expert-level command of Figma, including component libraries, interactive prototypes, and design system governance.
• Familiarity with industry tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), Sketch, or InVision.
• Practical experience working with web platforms like Framer, Webflow, WordPress, or Squarespace.

Responsibilities
