Job summary

BinSentry in KW, Canada is seeking a Software Developer to help build BinSentry's ProSense HD product line. We are a small, fast-moving team that values learning, hands-on problem solving, and close collaboration with our principal architect and product team.

You will work across our product backend and ML pipeline to enhance sensor accuracy and performance while delivering impactful results for agriculture supply chains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript (we use React, Node.js)
• Proficiency in Python
• Proficiency in AWS (DynamoDB, Lambda, SQS, Serverless) is a plus
• Computer vision, ML architecture & problem solving ability is a plus
• 3D image capturing experience, particularly around accuracy is an asset

As we scale up, we are looking for a Software Developer to help us build the software that is changing the face of the feed industry. This is a new vacancy due to growing business needs.

Job Summary:

Join our growing team to develop BinSentry's newest product line! We're looking for smart, generalist developers who are detail oriented, eager to learn, and who can work closely with our principal architect and product team to enhance the efficacy and accuracy of our ProSense HD product. We are a small, fun team that moves fast without a lot of red tape. We are outcomes focused and tackle interesting and hard problems, driven by data. You'll work across our product backend & ML pipeline, helping develop solutions to improve our sensor accuracy and performance.
