Job summary

W. W. Grainger, Inc. is seeking a Product Information Analyst for a 12-month contract in Vaughan, Canada. You will analyze supplier and purchasing data, maintain product content accuracy, and ensure data integrity across systems to support eCommerce and marketing initiatives.

You will work with Teradata, Snowflake and Office tools to interpret large datasets, drive improvements, and coordinate with multiple business partners to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with large data sets and product information analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams in a matrix environment.
• Proficiency in Teradata, Snowflake and Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of MRO product information and taxonomy concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute analysis and track progress of global supplier and purchasing initiatives.
• Perform data editing, updates and content support for product information.
• Ensure data integrity and apply defined data rules.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, Product Management and Marketing teams.
• Audit product information for accuracy and consistency.
• Manage priorities and communicate timelines to partners.
• Address taxonomy and content issues and support BI projects.
