Your Responsibilities

• In this role, you will support a major Procurement Transformation project by analyzing current‑state processes, helping design new workflows, managing data conversion, and training end users.
• You will perform detailed root‑cause analysis on warranty‑related financial issues and recommend corrective actions to reduce product lifecycle costs.
• You will improve key warranty processes and controls, including reporting, documentation, and governance.
• You will operate warranty‑related processes that help merchandising teams better understand trends, issues, and opportunities for improved profitability.
• You will act as a subject matter expert on warranty programs, systems, and vendor‑related data.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous work experience in process management, retail merchandising, vendor management, procurement, or business process analysis would be preferred.
• Strong problem solving, analytical thinking, and the ability to work with highly detailed information.
• Skilled in Excel, Access, EDW, and related reporting tools.
• Post‑secondary education in business or engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders and provide consultative support.
• Nice to have: familiarity with warranty processes, merchandising systems, and tools such as Vendor Gateway, Data Vault/V‑MDM, VSS/VFM, Shortfall App, R‑Log, Cognos, or Datalake.
