What you’ll be doing

• Create, maintain, and automate weekly and monthly product and operations reports.
• Continuously optimize and streamline existing reports to improve efficiency and clarity for stakeholders.
• Map and interpret user flows and engagement to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
• Structure, monitor, and interpret the results of product and feature experiments to optimize platform performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define metrics and deliver actionable insights via SQL, BigQuery, Excel, Looker, and Power BI dashboards.
• Handle ad_submission data requests from key stakeholders, ensuring accurate validation, thorough analysis, and timely delivery of actionable recommendations under tight deadlines.]!='

What you’ll need to be successful

• 3+ years of professional-transition experience in a similar data‑focused role.
• Bachelor’s or master’s in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a similar field.
• A proven track record of leveraging your technical skills in SQL, BigQuery, Excel, and data visualization (Power BI and Looker preferred).
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a solutions‑oriented mindset; able to analyze complex datasets, identify insights or discrepancies, and deliver high‑quality results under pressure.
• Experience analyzing A/B tests, including statistical significance and actionable insights.
