Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Innovation, the Business Analyst will play a key role in shaping and delivering a new digital platform within McKesson Canada's Specialty Health business. Working closely with business, product, and technology teams, this role will gather requirements, define solutions, and support the delivery of innovative patient-focused digital products. The successful candidate will contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives across patient support programs and specialty pharmacy, helping drive process improvements, system enhancements, data migration activities, and AI-enabled automation opportunities. This role requires a strategic, analytical professional with strong business analysis skills, agile experience, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
3+ years of business analysis experience and 5+ years in technology-related roles preferred. Experience supporting digital transformation and system implementation projects, ideally from concept to launch. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, product development lifecycles, and requirements gathering. Experience in healthcare, biopharma, patient support programs, or specialty pharmacy preferred. Salesforce experience is considered an asset. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with design thinking, process improvement, workflow automation, and AI-driven solutions. Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and user stories.
Gather, document, and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with product, business, and technology stakeholders to deliver digital solutions. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and operational efficiency. Support backlog management, feature prioritization, and agile delivery activities. Conduct impact assessments, gap analyses, and KPI tracking to measure product success. Ensure solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer needs. Maintain project documentation and support change management and user adoption activities. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and roadmap priorities. Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. Our Base Pay Range for this position $17.69 - $22.21. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
