Job summary

Medcan Health Management Inc. in Toronto is seeking a Product Associate to support the Assessments portfolio, including the Annual Health Assessment, within the Product Management team to evolve offerings in line with clinical standards and market needs.

You will partner with clinicians, operations, marketing, technology, and analytics to translate insights into roadmap decisions, pilots, and post-launch refinements across the full product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; preference for science, health, or clinical-adjacent background.
• Graduate training in Business or Health Management is an asset.
• 3+ years of experience in an Analyst, Product Associate, Strategy, Consulting, or similar role.
• Experience supporting product development, innovation, or portfolio strategy in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate inputs into product implications.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and refine the Assessments product roadmap to enhance clinical value, client experience, and scalability.
• Synthesize insights from client behavior, clinician input, and market trends to inform product direction.
• Collaborate with clinicians, operations, marketing, technology, finance, and analytics on portfolio decisions.
• Develop clear stakeholder materials and support executive-level roadmaps and narratives.
