Build and maintain a strategic database of speakers and industry contacts to support current and future professional development initiatives across the portfolio, and leverage research findings to extend conference content into other learning modalities including seminars, certificates, on-demand learning and future product offerings.
  • Develop conference themes, agendas, session formats, learning objectives, and content frameworks that align with member needs, emerging trends, and strategic priorities.
  • Lead the conference development process from concept through execution, partnering with Marketing, Events, Operations, Sponsorship and Product teams to launch and deliver conference programs; lead conference planning meetings, maintain planning documentation, contribute to marketing messaging and promotional content, and serve as the primary content lead throughout the conference development lifecycl e.
