Job Description:

On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is looking for a Product Analyst responsible for managing user stories in Jira and corporate forms in ServiceNow, ensuring high-quality, standards-compliant product releases. Supports incident management, facilitates stakeholder alignment, and executes user acceptance testing to validate solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Create, manage, and resolve stories in Jira
2. Create, manage, release (production & ITE), and discontinue corporate forms
3. Evaluate and develop business requirements
4. Monitor development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance
5. Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests
6. Document and execute user story acceptance tests
7. Provide user story and solution support to team members
8. Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents
9. Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT teams
10. Ensure high quality of development and solutions before product increment release

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience in an IT analyst role
• Team lead experience
• Experience working with ServiceNow
• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, or commerce and 3-5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Problem-solver with strong facilitation and analytical skills who can manage multiple priorities
• Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and perseverance
• Confident communicator adept at facilitation and comfortable building partnerships with key stakeholders
• Team player who embraces change and strives to improve and innovate processes
• Eye for detail and a passion for building great products
• Experience working in an agile environment
