Job description

Role: Net New Role

Manager responsible: Carmela Wall

Location: Hybrid Regina, SK is the preferred location(2 -3 days a week from Regina Office)

-locations outside of Regina may be considered for remote

Term: 2025/07/02 – 2026/07/02 ( with a possibility of extension )

Major Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and resolve stories in JIRA.
• Create, manage, release (production & ITE), and discontinue corporate forms.
• Evaluate/develop business requirements.
• Monitor development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance.
• Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests.
• Document and execute user story acceptance tests.
• Provide user story and solution support to team members.
• Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents.
• Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT team.
• Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release.
