On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and alignment of product features with business needs. You will be responsible for documenting and executing user story acceptance tests, supporting team members with user stories and solutions, and assisting in incident investigations and analysis. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand business constraints and challenges, helping identify effective solution options. Your efforts will help ensure the quality and readiness of each product increment before release.
Responsibilities:
• Create, manage, and resolve stories in JIRA.
• Create, manage, release (production & ITE), and discontinue corporate forms.
• Monitor development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance.
• Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests.
• Document and execute user story acceptance tests.
• Provide user story and solution support to team members.
• Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents.
• Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT team.
• Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release.
Qualifications:
• Attention to detail, curious, experience working in agile, Ability to understand different viewpoints of stakeholders
• Facilitate problem and solution negotiation between multiple business and IT stakeholders
• Relationship-builder and collaborator able to understand the needs of FCC’s employees
• Team player who embraces change and strives to improve and innovate processes
• Detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for building great products
Nice to have:
• Financial Institutional Experience
