Desjardins Technology Group is seeking a Product Administration Technician to provide administrative support for Desjardins components and assist in administering specialized products and member/client accounts. You will deliver discipline-specific technical support and help your unit carry out its activities in line with policies and procedures.

Key tasks include providing technical support for projects, preparing technical notes, ensuring procedures are followed, and performing event analysis

Qualifications

• Provide technical support for projects and operational issues.
• Prepare technical notes to enhance the skills and knowledge of users and their teams.
• Help practitioners follow procedures and use your unit’s tools and systems.
• Ensure that control and authorization procedures for products and client accounts are followed so that operations are carried out properly.
• Perform event analysis and calculations and make changes to the organization’s computer systems.
