Desjardins is seeking a systems and infrastructure operations, maintenance and development analyst to support IT efficiency and quality assurance across business solutions, networks, and databases. You will design, configure, maintain, upgrade and test IT solutions while guiding complex projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

The role emphasizes QA strategy development, risk analysis, and implementing high-quality standards across large-scale deliveries and rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• A minimum of six years of relevant experience
• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
• Knowledge of French is required

Responsabilités

• Help clients define their needs and inform decisions on IT solutions.
• Develop complex QA execution strategies and write procedures.
• Analyze risks, write reports and test cases, and propose solutions.
• Oversee action plans to address issues according to rules.
• Represent the sector in QA practices with Desjardins groups.
