Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a product administration analyst to provide administrative support to Desjardins components and assist in administering specialized products and member/client accounts. You will analyze, diagnose issues, and offer opinions aligned with disciplinary rules, helping develop recommendations and implementation plans.

You will develop tools, methods and processes, interact with stakeholders, and manage complexity to deliver disciplined, data-driven outcomes for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required; action oriented and customer-focused.

• Analyze risks and write reports. Prepare recommendations and provide advice on how to implement them
• Help prepare and propose action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters

You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. You provide discipline‑specific support to your unit, clients and partners. More specifically, you will be required to :
