Job summary

twentysix in Vancouver is seeking a production lead to drive integrated projects from kickoff to delivery across experiential and digital work.

You’ll develop production plans, manage budgets, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring on-time, on-brand outcomes. The role emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and clear communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production, ideally within an agency, experiential, digital, or creative production environment.
• Experience producing integrated projects from concept through delivery.
• Experience working across experiential and/or digital projects.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, and multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm and resourceful when things change.
• Comfortable working with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platforms.
• A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of integrated projects from kickoff through delivery, with a focus on experiential and digital work
• Develop and manage production plans, timelines, schedules, and project calendars
• Partner closely with Creative and Project Management teams to translate creative ideas into clear and achievable production plans
• Coordinate internal teams, freelancers, vendors, fabricators, and external partners throughout production
• Manage project deliverables, assets, approvals, and production workflows
• Own day-to-day production communications and keep stakeholders aligned on progress, priorities, and next steps
• Manage project budgets, estimates, purchase orders, invoices, and expenses
• Identify production risks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate logistics for experiential projects, including vendors, locations, materials, equipment, and on-site requirements
• Support and lead on-site production as needed, including installations, activations, and live experiences
• Maintain clear and consistent communication across internal teams, clients, vendors, and partners
