Thinkingbox is seeking a Producer to lead the planning and execution of integrated projects from kickoff through delivery, with a focus on experiential and digital work. You will collaborate with Creative, Project Management, and Production teams, as well as clients, vendors, and partners, to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-standard work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production experience in an agency or experiential setting.
• Experience delivering integrated projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong project management, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of integrated projects from kickoff through delivery, with a focus on experiential and digital work.
• Develop and manage production plans, timelines, schedules, and project calendars.
• Partner closely with Creative and Project Management teams to translate ideas into production plans.
• Coordinate internal teams, freelancers, vendors, fabricators, and external partners.
• Manage project deliverables, assets, approvals, and production workflows.
• Own day-to-day production communications and keep stakeholders aligned on progress.
