Job summary

Digital Agency Jobs is seeking a seasoned producer/PM for social media and integrated campaigns in Vancouver. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to keep projects aligned, on time, and within budget while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities include developing social content, tracking performance, and staying current with trends to drive creative recommendations. A collaborative approach and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production, project management, or similar role within a social media or advertising agency.
• Experience supporting and/or managing social media campaigns and content production; fashion/retail/ecommerce assets helpful.
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Clear, confident communication with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
• Familiar with social platforms, content workflows, and basic analytics.
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to production.
• Ability to own projects and know when to seek guidance or escalate challenges.

What You'll Be Doing

Support the planning and execution of social media and integrated campaigns across a range of clients and industries.

Work closely with clients and internal teams to keep projects aligned, organized, and moving forward.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets with guidance from senior producers and account leads.

Coordinate with creative, strategy, production, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on schedule.

Support the development and execution of social content and campaigns across relevant platforms.

Assist with project reporting, performance tracking, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Stay up to date on social media platforms, trends, and best practices to help inform production and creative recommendations.

Help ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, project requirements, and client expectations.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative production environment while managing multiple priorities.

What You'll Bring

3+ years of experience in production, project management, or a similar role within a social media or advertising agency.

Experience supporting and/or managing social media campaigns and content production; experience with fashion, retail, or ecommerce clients is an asset.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.

Clear and confident communication skills, with experience working with clients and cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational and time management abilities, with excellent attention to detail.

Familiarity with social media platforms, content workflows, and basic analytics.

A collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to production.

Ability to take ownership of projects while knowing when to seek guidance or escalates challenges.

Bonus Points

Experience with project management and production tools is a plus.
