Qualifications

• Above average communication skills (oral and written).
• Physical ability to lift up to 20lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Food Safety Protocols, SOPs and Health & Safety, and other company programs.
• Order, receive, prep, and merchandise produce according to inventory control procedures.
• Provide superior customer service to meet customer needs.
• Promote featured products to increase store sales.
• Perform back shop and retail floor maintenance to keep areas clean.
• Prepare customer produce orders as required.
• Process department shrink as required.
• Assist in training junior staff.
• Other duties as required.
