Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Production Planning & Scheduling Analyst based in Lethbridge, AB, to support Taber and Lethbridge facilities. You will plan production capacity across sites and align schedules with forecasted demand, guiding principles, and cross-functional teams.

The role requires coordinating site capacities, leading scheduling improvements, and maintaining health and safety compliance. Weekend/off-shift collaboration may be needed, with regular site presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or production scheduling.
• Post-secondary education preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing or operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the PepsiCo Foods supply chain is considered an asset.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools, including DPP, SAP, DRP, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Leverage forecasting data to plan production capacity in Taber and Lethbridge.
• Collaborate with Region Product Supply teams to coordinate site capacities as needed.
• Delivers effective change leadership to drive business changes related to innovation planning, capacity planning, Master Line Schedule changes and scheduling software and tools.
• Effective communication and collaboration across cross functional teams, including sales, packaging and scheduling teams.
• Oversee the development of daily production schedules at the sites, coaching as needed.
• Motivate Product Supply Team members to achieve metrics and goals, leveraging recognition and Big 3 venues.
• Tracks key performance indicators/costs, anticipates and correct trends which may compromise achievement of Service metrics.
• Ensures compliance with all health, safety and food safety regulations.
• Administer policies and procedures.
• This role requires regular presence at both of the Taber and Lethbridge facilities.
• This role may be required to support off-shift and weekend collaboration and decision making as needs require
