Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently operate and troubleshoot production equipment on the Variety Pack line.
  • Follow safety policies, PPE requirements and GMP standards at all times.
  • Perform repetitive manual handling of product (25–30 lb) during a 10-hour shift.
  • Conduct quality checks including code dates, inspections and shrink wrap.
  • Collaborate with a 3–4 person team to meet productivity and quality targets.
  • Maintain production and quality records and ensure clean, organized work areas.
  • Assist line operations, troubleshoot, and resolve issues as needed.
  • Display initiative and reliability to support production goals.

Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently operate and troubleshoot production equipment on the Variety Pack line
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements at all times
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings while working in a forklift-intensive production environment
  • Perform repetitive manual handling of product, including lifting and moving cases weighing approximately 25 to 30 lbs throughout a 10-hour shift
  • Utilize proper ergonomic lifting techniques to safely move product from pallets to conveyors and conveyors to pallets
  • Complete quality control checks including code date verification, product inspections, and shrink wrap inspections
  • Ensure quality checks are completed accurately and thoroughly to prevent product defects and rework
  • Work collaboratively with a team of 3 to 4 employees on the production line to achieve productivity and quality targets
  • Support teammates and proactively assist with line operations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records as requiredEnsure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety standards
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and keep work areas clean and organized
  • Achieve performance standards related to safety, quality, productivity, and line efficiency
  • Demonstrate initiative and a strong sense of urgency in supporting production goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and management
Qualifications
  • Self-motivated, well organized, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Forklift certification may be required
  • Must have basic computer competency skills
  • Must possess strong record keeping abilities
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety requirements
  • Ability to repeatedly lift and handle cases weighing approximately 25 to 30 lbs throughout the shift, with occasional lifting up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, reach, grasp, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods
  • Ability to work shifts and overtime as required
  • Demonstrate good attendance and reliability
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
