PepsiCo’s Taber site is seeking a Production Operator to help run manufacturing processes, perform daily sanitation, and uphold professional conduct on a 12-hour shift cycle (3 days on, 3 off). The role offers entry-level exposure across manufacturing areas and requires reliability and safety adherence.

Overview

The Taber Production Operator will contribute to the success of PepsiCo Foods Canada through providing leadership in the operations of our manufacturing functions.

Compensation: $23.65 per hour

Shift: 3 shifts on, 3 shifts off 12hr (Must be available for day and night shifts)

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery (varies from basic to complex)

• Conduct sanitation activities daily and support biweekly site sanitation.

Physical demands and working conditions:

• Must be able to lift/carry 45-60 lbs. constantly for 12 hours a day.

• Must be able to push/pull up to 80 lbs. frequently.

• Must be able to perform constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping.

• Completing Safety, Quality/Food Safety training and adhering to the Safety and Food Safety policies that is required for your area.
