Job summary

Irving Shipbuilding is seeking a Team Lead, Procurement to lead lifecycle procurement for complex naval programs, including ITB considerations and cross-functional engagement. You will manage a team of procurement professionals and drive high-impact initiatives while ensuring safety, schedule adherence and cost optimization.

The role requires CGP/ITAR clearance, in-office presence, and a strong track record in leadership, contracting, and program management within industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of supply chain experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving results.
• Strong background in supplier performance management, contracting principles, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication skills - clear, concise, and professional.
• CGP, government security clearance and ITAR compliance required; in-office presence only.
