The Procurement Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the procurement team and business collaborators in analyzing and resolving issues in our e-procurement system (Ariba/Guided Buying), provide training and guidance to other business users, support on reporting tasks, and be responsible for document and knowledge management for the Corporate Procurement team.

What you'll do:Provide elevated support for Ariba / Guided Buying
Build and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, Quick Reference Guides, and training materials
Deliver Ariba training including onboarding new procurement staff
Support the Senior Manager of Procurement Enablement with reporting duties (report creation, distribution, QA/QC) and master data management activities to ensure data quality
Be the custodian of corporate procurement documents and be responsible for knowledge management
University degree or equivalent experience or higher or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experience in using Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP) like SAP or using an e-procurement system like Ariba
Experience in reporting; business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
Experience in legal contract management or administration a plus
Proficient in Excel
Experience mentoring or training other team members on a process
Experience in managing data preferred (governance, policy, QA/QC, etc.)
Problem solving mentality

Data driven and good with numbers
Facilitating workshops or delivering training
Organized
Customer service demeanour; able to provide white-glove service to customers
