Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain operations focusing on procurement and purchasing.
• Proficient in purchase orders: creation, maintenance, expediting, and issue resolution.
• Skilled in expediting materials and supplier follow-up to meet schedules.
• Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables for reporting.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or JDE in a purchasing role.
• Familiar with MRP concepts in manufacturing settings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and supplier communications.
• Customer service orientation for internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as system and process SME for enterprise tools.
• Develop and execute RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs; manage quoting activities.
• Administer purchase orders, requisitions, orders, revisions, and pricing.
• Monitor supplier promises and maintain PO data integrity.
• Resolve invoice exceptions with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Manage supplier deliverables and resolve delivery discrepancies.
• Issue open order reports and expedit material deliveries as needed.
• Support internal customers with status updates and clear communications.
• Coordinate requests for Technical Data Questionnaires, RMAs, reworks, and repairs.
• Support change management with PRs, CRs, COs and mitigation processes.
• Foster supplier development and continuous improvement in performance.
• Maintain item attributes and supplier communications for planning.
• Identify and address system data issues across procurement systems.
• Forecast monthly material receipts to support financial objectives.
