Senior Manager - Procurement/Purchasing Recruitment

Procurement Specialist

Location: Downtown Toronto (2 days in office)

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000

Our client, a construction business, is looking to fill a Procurement Specialist role.

Responsibilities

• Support the Procurement Manager with RFPs, data analysis, and sourcing strategies.
• Prepare Purchase Orders, maintain procurement records, and generate reports.
• Manage multiple RFPs and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Handle administrative tasks such as creating reports, organizing meetings, and preparing presentations.
• Manage supplier responses and facilitate debriefings for unsuccessful RFP respondents.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of end-to-end procurement experience.
• Experience managing multiple RFPs and knowledge of commercial terms.
• Ability to work with senior leadership and influence stakeholders.
• Strong coordination, prioritization, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to exercise good judgment, tact, and discretion.
