Allianceon is seeking a results-oriented procurement professional to support hardware, software and services acquisitions in Hamilton, Ontario. You will collaborate with IT and end-users to understand requirements and ensure best-value purchases.

We value experience in purchasing and accounting environments, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team to manage licenses, warranties and contracts.

• Proven experience in purchasing and accounting environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities; able to address customer needs effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT teams and end-users, to understand hardware and software requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to ensure favorable agreements.
• Develop and implement efficient procurement processes for hardware, software and services acquisitions.
• Monitor warranties, licenses, and support agreements to ensure timely renewals or replacements.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory, licenses and contracts.

• Annual Salary Range: ($52,028 - $60,564)
