Job Title : Procurement & Purchasing Coordinator

Full-Time : Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

Start Date : ASAP

Are you a highly organized multitask-er who enjoys problem-solving, staying hands-on, and keeping operations running smoothly? We're seeking a reliable and proactive Procurement & Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to our day-to-day operations and will involve a mix of administrative, logistical, and customer service tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Product Sourcing – Identify and source products from suppliers efficiently and cost-effectively.

Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor lead times and availability.

  • Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse Support

Assist in daily shipping and receiving tasks; ensure accurate product intake and outbound shipments.

  • Operate forklift for unloading and internal stock movement
  • Maintain warehouse organization and stock accuracy.
  • Fleet Management – Monitor and coordinate the scheduling and maintenance of company vehicles.
  • Phone Support – Answer incoming calls and assist customers and team members professionally and promptly.
  • Pool Test Analysis – Training provided.
  • Credits, Returns & Warranties – Process and follow through with supplier credits, product returns, and warranty claims.
  • Occasional Deliveries – Perform occasional deliveries to customers and supporting operations as needed.
  • Website Management – Assist with back-end updates, product listings, and general website maintenance.
  • Courier Shipments – Prepare and organize courier shipments, including packaging and documentation.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn internal systems and back-end platforms
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Forklift license is an asset

  • Previous experience in warehouse, shipping & receiving, logistics, admin support, or operations is a strong asset
