Procurement Manager

Starting base salary: $60,500 – 80,500 CAD*
Plus Bonus, Equity & Benefits

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range reflects the typical range for new hire salaries; it does not reflect the maximum salary for the role over time. Individual pay offers are determined by job-related skills and experience demonstrated during the interview process.

The Procurement Manager will help establish a formal Procurement function across the organization and will be responsible for supply chain optimization. Reporting to the SVP, Payment & Rewards, and collaborating with key stakeholders, the Procurement Manager will develop processes and procedures to establish this strategic function and perform daily activities. They will develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with our business goals.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop, implement, and maintain procurement strategies that meet company objectives.
• Analyze existing supplier base and related data to identify cost-saving opportunities, vendor consolidation, software redundancy, and other streamlining opportunities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs.
• Source, evaluate, and recommend suppliers based on decision criteria.
• Collaborate with legal, Information Security, and People & Culture teams to ensure policy compliance.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers for optimal deals.
• Manage the entire procurement process from sourcing to contract execution.

What You’ll Bring To This Role

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, including procuring software.
• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a bonus.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
