Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Hybrid: minimum 3 days working from the office

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Must be available to work in Montreal office at least 3 times per week
• Systems knowledge of SAP and ServiceNow

The role supports a pilot program aimed at increasing the availability of spare parts for maintenance activities.

Responsibilities include:

1. Identifying, analyzing, and solving root causes of concierge ticket issues to reduce ongoing tickets and improve user experience.
2. Monitoring concierge queries.
3. Assessing the urgency of concierge tickets.
4. Ensuring tickets are correctly classified and routed to appropriate resolvers.
5. Root cause analysis of delays in PO processing.
6. Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency in transactional processes.

This role is primarily analytical but may evolve over time.

Required experience, skills, and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in transactional buying or procurement operations
• Proficiency with accounting software and procurement systems, including relevant modules and functionalities
• Familiarity with sourcing and procurement processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
• Knowledge of local procurement regulations and practices
