Our flagship product, the dcbel Home Energy Station, is a compact wall-mounted device that empowers users to control their energy supply by utilizing solar power to charge EVs and homes, unlocking EV batteries for backup power (V2H), and optimizing energy flow between solar panels, EVs, backup batteries, and the grid.

The Opportunity

dcbel seeks to hire a Business Analyst - Procurement and Supply Chain (SCM) to join our Information Services team. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between the IS team and business stakeholders, representing the interface for respective solutions and services.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Act as the primary contact between IS and business stakeholders, representing the interface for solutions and services.
  2. Apply system thinking to develop a comprehensive understanding of business processes and information solutions demand, vision, and best practices.
  3. Translate IS needs into functional and technical requirements, ensuring system requirements align with dcbel’s strategy and quality standards.
  4. Support the development, validation, and evaluation of the IS architecture against requirements.
  5. Initiate projects, including effort estimation, in coordination with the IS team and external partners, following project management frameworks.
  6. Drive the definition and implementation of end-to-end solutions to meet strategic goals, considering the service roadmap.
  7. Develop and adhere to business cases for new solutions and services.
  8. Support end-user adoption, key user development, training, and business process support.
  9. Facilitate company and departmental procedures.

Key Requirements

  1. University degree in management, procurement, supply chain, computer science, or equivalent.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain/procurement solutions, including architecture, applications, business or IT consulting (e.g., spare parts planning, logistics control, supplier performance, delivery).
  3. Knowledge of Industry 4.0 principles.
  4. Experience with Microsoft Business Central, AI simulation, and digital twin technologies.

Bonus Skills

  1. Understanding of market trends and solutions; ability to assess and influence solution roadmaps.
  2. Professional certifications in business process analysis or related areas are an asset.
  3. Experience working in fast-paced environments.
  4. Bilingual in English and French.
