Job summary

F/LIST CANADA, a leader in premium interiors for jets and luxury spaces, invites you to join our procurement team in Laval. You will manage sourcing, supplier contracts, and logistics coordination to support aerospace projects.

This role requires 3+ years in aerospace procurement, bilingual French/English, and proficiency with MS Office and ProAlpha ERP. We offer flexible hours, a competitive salary package, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Completed a technical or commercial training (e.g., bachelor’s degree in business, Supply chain, Logistics, or relevant field).
  • Minimum of 3 years aerospace experience in buying, logistics or supply chain.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP system (ProAlpha an asset).
  • Demonstrate resilience, problem solving and conflict solving abilities as well as good negotiation skills.
  • Organized and quality oriented.
  • Flexible and independent way of working.
  • Bilingual – French/English.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret purchase orders and contracts to ensure compliance.
  • Manage procurement, including sourcing, ordering, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate logistics, including transportation and customs.
  • Validate supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Build and maintain supplier relationships; onboard new vendors.
  • Negotiate purchase orders and supplier agreements.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and alternative supply options.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement improvements.
  • Assess risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate material activities across projects and programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align on supply and priorities.
  • Optimize MRP parameters to balance material availability and inventory levels.

You're a good fit if you....
