Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) safety standards, and cleanroom protocols: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair, etc. allowed. No contact lenses; prescriptive glasses will be provided. Some PPE (personal protective equipment) such as safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc., is required.
12-hour shifts/nights.
Safely manufactures high-quality pharmaceutical products according to established schedules.
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic manufacturing.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to maintain records, pay close attention to detail, lift up to 40 lbs., work independently and in teams, knowledge of GMP and safety standards, mechanical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and fluent in English.
Follow all EHS policies, collaborate with team members, adhere to GMP and SOPs, keep workspace clean, engage in continuous improvement, and communicate risks proactively. Strive to improve skills and knowledge continually.
Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, lift up to 40 lbs., and perform tasks requiring dexterity. Use PPE as required, which may include safety glasses, shoes, gloves, hair net, beard cover, safety apron, and respirator.
