Overview

Come join our team as a Process Specialist in National Operations! As a member of the National Operations team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Process Integration & Learning, this is your chance to play a valuable role in crafting the future of our operations across the nation!

As a Process Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our mission to improve workflows and streamline change management. You'll get to collaborate with Learning Coaches, Solutions Leaders, and Gallagher Centre of Excellence (GCOE) Teams to elevate our processes and functionality to new heights.

With a national scope, you can make an impact from anywhere in Canada—no need to be based in Ontario!


How you'll make an impact

  • Innovate & Maintain: Design and update Branch Workflows and Job Aids for CDS processes and related software (Epic, CSR24, DMS, CSP, BPC, PATE).
  • Enhance & Review: Assist in refining GCOE Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through efficiency reviews, software updates, and process modifications.
  • Collaborate & Develop: Engage in product development and enhancement meetings for various software applications (CSP, PAT-E, Workbench, Account View, Dashboard Reports, Gallagher Submit).
  • Coach & Support: Drive process adoption and best practices for staff acquired via mergers and acquisitions through personalized coaching and support.
  • Communicate & Audit: Manage national communication of process updates and conduct audits to ensure adherence to professional standards.

About you

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance brokerage with strong technical knowledge.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage projects and deliver results efficiently.
  • Communication & Organization: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to forge and maintain professional relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Valid "G" Driver's License in good standing.
