Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Process Pump Specialist to support industrial pump needs across Canada. The role collaborates with Account Representatives to quote, engineer, and close product solutions, while expanding OEM opportunities and delivering technical guidance to customers and team members.

Strong sales orientation and pump-product knowledge are essential. You will engage with branches to plan sales activities, coordinate vendor resources, and maintain strong customer relationships,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years related experience preferred.
• Sales/engineering knowledge of pump products.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and basic computing.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quote, engineer, and close product and solution sales with Account Representatives.
• Pursue OEM accounts to quote and close pump product solutions.
• Provide technical support and educate customers, Account Reps, and CSRs on pump products.
• Assist Branch Managers with business planning to achieve sales goals.
• Coordinate vendor resources to support Account Representatives and build relationships.
• Interact with customers face-to-face to maintain satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
