Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Process Pump Specialist to apply sales and engineering knowledge to pump solutions for industrial customers. You will work with Account Representatives to identify, quote, engineer, and close product opportunities while expanding OEM accounts.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, effective communication, and coordination with branch managers and vendors to meet sales goals. This position requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2+ years related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Experience selling pump products in industrial markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quote, engineer, and close product and solution sales with Account Representatives.
• Pursue OEM accounts to grow sales.
• Provide technical support and educate customers and staff about pump products.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to plan activities to hit sales goals.
• Coordinate vendor resources to support Account Representatives.
• Interact face-to-face with customers to build relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
