PeoplePilot in Longueuil, QC is seeking a Process Planner - TMS to support manufacturing operations on-site. The role involves acting as the technical SME for Torque Management Systems across assembly sites, managing controller, tools, inventory, licenses, and system versions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in IT/manufacturing systems or process planning.
  • Experience with torque systems, torque tools, and torque methodology is preferred.
  • Knowledge of GD&T, assembly processes, and assembly tools.
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
  • CATIA experience is an asset.
  • Mechanical Engineering background is an asset.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and travel as needed.

  • Serve as the point of contact for TMS Andon systems; monitor quality, productivity, and efficiency indicators and implement solutions.
  • Participate in TMS testing through production implementation.
  • Support planning and design of manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Assist with improvements to production methods, manufacturing capacity, and production schedules.

Job description

We are seeking a Process Planner - TMS to support manufacturing operations at our Longueuil, Quebec location.

This is a fully on-site, Monday-to-Friday role. Travel to sites including Mirabel, Toronto, and Lethbridge may be required up to 50% of the time.
