Job summary

Walmart Canada Corp is seeking a Manager, Process Improvement in Mississauga to lead cross-functional process optimization across ecommerce, replenishment, and supply chain. You will identify opportunities, design solutions, and drive rollout of new processes or technologies to improve service levels and inventory productivity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a strategic network optimization or process improvement role.
• Experience in data analytics, automation, visualization, and storytelling.
• Exposure to product, machine learning, or forecast modelling is a plus.
• Experience establishing performance measures and adopting tools to enhance inventory and fulfillment.
• Experience validating forecasting outputs against business strategy and optimal inventory placement.
• Experience working in large, matrixed organizations; comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve service or productivity within ecommerce, Replenishment, and Supply Chain processes.
• Design solutions and pilot/ rollout plans for new processes or technologies; advance inventory deployment and network efficiency.
• Develop and own governance frameworks and change management strategies.
• Provide training content and facilitate training sessions.
• Mentor managers on metrics and performance improvement; ensure changes are embedded across teams.
