Walmart Canada is seeking an OMNI Department Manager to support customer service and optimize online grocery and Walmart.ca processes. The role collaborates with OMNI Associates to plan and execute duties based on workload and traffic patterns.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the training and development of all OMNI Associates.
• Completes Back Office Setup including Review of Future Grocery Order Summary; Grocery Order Daily Pickup Report; Confirmation of Daily Orders, Identification of Payment Exceptions, Identification of Picks, Determination of workload by commodity; Assignation of CFAs, Fills in Staging Whiteboards; Setting up of Handhelds/Printers for CFAs.
• Check email and AMP+ for Action Items.
• Completes daily picks, where necessary, and performs post-pick activities to maintain service stations and cleaning standards.
