Job summary

Leclerc Group is seeking a Process Leader to drive process improvement and support quality and process specialists across the plant. You will lead DMAIC workshops, implement new products, coach operations teams, and ensure knowledge is documented and accessible.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Food Science or Chemical Engineering, 5+ years’ experience, and strong bilingual communication skills in French and English. Occasional travel and shift flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience with Lean methodologies.
• Strong interest in management and leadership.
• Effective communication skills in both French and English (spoken and written).
• Availability to cover different work shifts as needed.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

They also provide operational support and ensure that knowledge is documented to enhance process understanding across all departments.
