Job summary

Paladin Canada seeks a Process Engineer to join the Patterson Lake South project, contributing from detailed design through commissioning and startup. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of process engineering experience in uranium processing or similar environment.
• Experience with process modelling software (METSIM, HSC Chemistry, Aspen Plus) and related tools.
• Strong technical, analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative project environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, development, and delivery of the PLS processing facility from detailed engineering through construction, commissioning, startup, and operations.
• Prepare and review process deliverables: PFDs, P&IDs, mass balances, control philosophies, equipment specs.
• Support evaluation, development, and optimization of process designs via metallurgical testing and modelling.
• Collaborate with consultants and project teams to develop safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible processing solutions.
• Contribute to equipment selection, plant design reviews, and technical decision‑making for long‑term performance.
