You will manage projects in product development, process improvement, and cost control, supporting capital initiatives and environmental treatment facilities including the world’s largest anaerobic digester. You will lead investigations, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement with a strong safety focus, while collaborating with Operations, Finance, and other functions to

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Pulp and Paper industry experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Well-developed organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Interest in Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Technical, Project Management and Safety
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Curiosity and persistence – problem-solver mindset
• Strong focus on safety and process improvement

As a key team member of the Technical Department within the mill, this position will initially be focused on our environmental treatment facility at Lake Utopia Paper where we operate the world's largest Anerobic Digester. The position is responsible to manage projects in the areas of product development, process improvement, cost control, and to support capital projects.
